Terms of Service
These Terms govern the relationship between LexBridge Translation Services – FZCO and its clients. By instructing us, you agree to these Terms.
Scope
We provide written translation services as described in the agreed quotation or engagement confirmation. Additional work requires separate confirmation.
Quotations
Quotes are based on the documents and requirements provided. If scope changes (additional pages, poor scan quality, formatting complexity, urgency), fees and timing may be adjusted upon notice.
Delivery and turnaround
Delivery timing is confirmed based on scope and capacity. Timing depends on complexity, file format, and responsiveness to clarification requests.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you have authority to share the documents and that instructions and reference materials provided are accurate.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions to correct errors that deviate from the source meaning are included if notified within 3-5 business days of delivery. Changes to source documents or new instructions are treated as new work.
Confidentiality
We treat client documents and instructions as confidential and will not disclose them except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law. NDAs can be signed on request.
Fees and payment
Payment terms are as stated in the quotation/invoice. Delivery may be withheld until payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE), and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
