LexBridge Translation Services – FZCO respects privacy and manages information responsibly.
Information we collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone, organisation)
- Documents and instructions submitted for quoting and delivery
- Communications related to the request and service delivery
How we use information
- To assess scope, provide quotes, deliver services, and communicate on the matter
- For internal administration (delivery coordination, billing, record-keeping)
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to deliver the requested service or comply with legal obligations, and on a confidentiality basis where applicable.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as needed for operational purposes. Standard retention is 6 months after delivery, then deletion unless instructed otherwise. Deletion on request is available after delivery, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Security
Access is restricted to those involved in service delivery. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the materials.
